Missing Monthly Overview (Business Users)
If you haven’t received your monthly overview, it may be due to:
First month after self-registration
No monthly overview is generated in the first month for security reasons.
Invoices start automatically from the following month.
Monthly invoicing not activated
Only the account administrator can enable monthly invoicing in the EasyPark Business web portal.
Once activated, invoices are generated automatically each month.
Parking via private account
Sessions logged under a private account won’t appear on business invoices.
Ensure you start parking under your Business account in the app.
If you’ve checked all the above and still haven’t received your overview, contact customer care.
