How do I request account deletion for a user who has passed away?

We are very sorry for your loss. If you would like to request the deletion of an EasyPark account belonging to someone who has passed away, please send us an email with the following information:

• A photo or scanned copy of the death certificate (a clear picture attached to the email is sufficient).

• The relevant details of the account, such as the full name, registered email address, and phone number of the deceased user.

Once we receive this information, our team will process the account deletion request and confirm once it has been completed.
