I have a failed payment but I'm waiting for my new card

You can wait for your new payment card to arrive and update it in your EasyPark account once you receive it. 

Any outstanding payments will be automatically charged to the updated payment method once you have added it to your account. 
There will be no additional costs for you, but your EasyPark account will be inactive during the time when there is no payment method on your account to charge the parking fees. 

Please note : that bank fees may occur after several failed withdrawal attempts. 
If invoice or SEPA Direct Debit is set as your payment method, reminder fees may also apply. 
These reminder fees will only be charged if the invoice remains unpaid for more than one month.
