Parking fine for not starting a parking

I received a fine because my parking session was not active?

Please note you are responsible for having an active parking before leaving your car. If no active parking session is found when the license plate is checked, the parking operator is entitled to issue a parking fine.

You start the parking via the confirmation view. It is important to press "Start" in order for the parking to start. You can also check the active parking in the app before you leave the vehicle. 

We recommend that you double check if your parking session was started, and the exact time stamp, in the parking history in your app.

2. Tap Activity to find your complete parking history. 

I got a fine because the app didn't work

If the app does not work or for some reason you are unable to start your parking session in the app, you are responsible for paying for your parking with an alternative method, such as through the parking meter, garage or elsewhere to prevent receiving a fine.
