The EasyPark app is designed to work seamlessly across a variety of devices and operating systems. However, due to the many variables in smartphone settings, OS versions, and individual setups, unforeseen issues may occasionally arise despite extensive testing.
This is how you can report a problem:
1. Take a screenshot:
- Take a screenshot of the error that occurs to help us better understand the issue.
2. Have account data ready:
- Make sure you have your registered phone number and license plate ready.
3. Contact customer service:
- Please feel free to send the information you have collected to our customer service team at any time using the contact form.
